Taiko Rental Terms and Agreement

By renting taiko drums from Asano Taiko U.S., you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Rental Items

• Each taiko drum rental includes a drum and an upright stand. 

• If you need other stands you will need to rent them separately. Please choose from the rental item list. 

2. Rental Term

• Rental begins on the agreed start date and ends on the agreed return date.

• Drums and stands must be returned on time and in the same condition as received.

3. Rental Fees

• Rental fees must be paid in full prior to the rental period.
  

• Late returns will incur additional charges.

4. Care and Use

• Drums must be handled with care at all times.

• Avoid exposure to rain and extreme temperatures.

• Do not place heavy objects on the drums or use them for non-taiko purposes.

• Only bachi (drumsticks) may be used when playing. 

5. Damage and Liability

• You are responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs during the rental period.

• Repair or replacement costs may be deducted from your deposit or billed directly if costs exceed the deposit.

• Asano Taiko U.S. is not liable for injuries or damages arising from use of the drums.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations within a certain number of days prior to the rental start date may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please confirm cancellation terms with us at the time of booking.

7. Agreement

By checking the box on the taiko rental page, you confirm that you have read and agree to the above terms and conditions of the Taiko Drum Rental Agreement.
