UCLA Kyodo Taiko's Spring Concert 2023

Kyodo Taiko is the nation's first and oldest collegiate taiko drumming team, founded in 1990 at UCLA. We are so excited to present our 24th Annual Spring Concert, “Ichi-Go Ichi-E” (一期一会), on Saturday, June 3, 2023, from 7-9PM in the Northwest Auditorium! Literally translating to “one time, one meeting,” 一期一会 is used to describe the concept of treasuring each moment since it won't be repeated again. We treasure every moment we get to play together because we know that tomorrow is not promised. This year's production is the culmination of weeks of hard work and we're so excited to show you all an unforgettable performance!
